Wake Up! We’re Losing 36 Million Trees a Year!

Last summer, a giant heatwave made headlines in the USA and many other parts of the world. Above-average temperatures and climbing humidity affected millions in the country. We can’t forget devastating wildfires!

The worse news is that the earth’s temperature will keep rising, as scientists warn. In addition, human-induced climate change will make this heatwave hotter year by year.

To address the problem, we need to plant more than 522 trees. Growing trees can help us fight climate change and lower air pollution. Unfortunately, despite this biggest need of the planet, we are losing trees fast. Shockingly, the USA loses 15 billion trees annually to deforestation.
