Florida’s conservatives explained:

This allows Florida to fully recognize Disney’s corporate income tax as a percentage of their total, or “combined”, reported income. 

According to the nonpartisan Florida Revenue Estimating Conference, this measure would have an annual impact of $591.7million on Florida’s budget. Florida Man and Florida Woman will have to pay $591.7 million because Disney has a lot of lawyers, lobbyists, and accountants.

In Delaware, if Mickey’s ears were purchased in Orlando by someone other than himself, the revenue should not be taxable. Combining reporting is not a tool for liberals. Texas even made the obvious choice to protect its citizens’ pockets.
