The Cybertruck will be manufactured at the automaker’s Texas Gigafactory.

It is expected to be America’s largest car factory. Musk also spoke about its other planned Gigafactories around the globe and how it is more eco-friendly to manufacture vehicles close to where they will be shipped. Musk stated that this year’s focus is on increasing production to a level “no company has ever achieved” in the history “of humanity”, while next year will be about releasing a “massive new product wave.”

The Cybertruck will be released next year by the company along with the Tesla Semi-EV and other products that it has not yet revealed. Although the launch of the electric big rig, which is designed to transport cargo over long distances, was originally scheduled for 2019, it was delayed several times. Musk stated that Tesla’s Optimus robot, which is a humanoid robot, will be in production by 2023. It will be able to perform any task that humans do not want to do. A dedicated robotaxi, which will look futuristic, is another future product that we can look forward to. Tesla will launch a beta version of its Full Self Driving Technology in North America later this year.

Below, Musk will announce Cybertruck’s launch date.
