ChatGPT Has Been Down , but People Still Use It. Elad Gil, Google Alum, Says This Is Bad Silicon Valley Advice.

OpenAI’s artificial intelligence chatbot has captured the imagination of the world and attracted large investments from Microsoft. stated this month that it intends to invest billions in the venture and incorporate its technology in a wide range its products.
