Ukraine Will Accept Donations In Dogecoin And Other Cryptocurrencies As The Funding Grows To $35 Million

Fedorov tweeted Tuesday about an initiative called Aid For Ukraine. It’s a collaboration between Everstake, the Ukrainian government and Solana, a cryptocurrency-blockchain platform.

Now, Solana cryptocurrency can be donated by anyone.

Ukraine also accepts non-fungible tokens, or NFTs, as donations. These unique assets include digital art, which is stored using blockchain technology to track and verify each NFT.

Uniswap, a cryptocurrency exchange, has created a function that allows users to convert any Ethereum-based digital currencies to ether and send it the Ukrainian government. Ethereum is a blockchain platform on which developers can create apps.
