Uber will offer free rides between the Ukraine-Poland border crossing and two Polish cities.

Uber announced Wednesday that it will offer unlimited free rides from Ukraine to Poland border and two Polish cities.

The ride-sharing giant stated that anyone wishing to travel to Lublin or Rzeszow’s southeast cities from Hrebenne or Dolhobyczow or Dorohusk from Hrebenne or Dolhobyczow could use the code “POMOCLUBELSKIE”, or “POMOCPODKARPACKIE”, to receive a free ride from one of the crossings.

Uber announced Wednesday a wider range of initiatives to help Ukraine face the Russian invasion.

The company released a statement saying that its teams were working round the clock to ensure safety for riders and drivers, employees and other road users, and they are also partnering with non-governmental organizations to help in relief efforts.
