Here’s Where to Preorder Google’s Pixel 6A & Pixel Buds Pro

  • If you own an older Pixel phone, you may want to consider purchasing through the Google Store. Google is offering up to $300 trade-in value on older Pixels, like the Pixel 3A, Pixel 4, and Pixel 4A. Preordering from Google also gets you a free pair of Pixel Buds A earbuds ($99 value).
  • At Verizon: purchasing the Pixel 6A at Verizon costs $50 more overall, but you’ll get support for the carrier’s 5G ultra wideband support, if that sways you. Monthly payments start at $13.88 per month for 36 months.

Verizon will give away the Pixel 6A (in the sense you’ll get paid in promotion billing credits each month for 36 months totaling $499.99 at end) to anyone who wants to activate a new line on its 5G Start or 5G Do More plans.

You’ll receive a $100 discount if you are upgrading to Verizon and you’re on one of its 5G Unlimited Plans. This discount will be refunded to you in 36-month chunks.

WHERE CAN I PREORDER THE PIXEL BUDS SERIES PRO

The Pixel Buds Pro has active noise cancellation. This can be used to reduce the background noise while you listen to music. Multipoint connectivity will be available, allowing the buds to automatically switch between your two most recent Bluetooth devices. This includes everything from Android and iOS phones to laptops and TVs. Google claims that spatial audio support will be available later in the year. This should allow for a more immersive experience when watching movies or shows on compatible Pixel phones.

Other noteworthy features include IPX4 water resistance and hands-free voice commands with Google Assistant support. The Pixel Buds Pro also has swappable ear tips, which allows for a custom and more comfortable fit. Google claims that the Pixel Buds Pro can be charged wirelessly and offer up to 11 hours of listening time (or seven hours, if you use the active noise canceling feature).
