Google Employees Are Unhappy About Their Pay, Promotions, Survey Results

Are you not satisfied with promotions?

Only 46% of respondents to the survey said that their total compensation was competitive with similar jobs at other companies. This is 12 points less than a year ago. The modestly higher percentage of employees, 56%, said their pay was “fair and equal,” which is an eight-point drop from the previous year. A total of 64% of employees stated that their performance was reflected in their wages, a drop down by three points.
