Google Employees Are Unhappy About Their Pay, Promotions, Survey Results

Employee satisfaction was high with Google’s ability “to organize the information in the world and make it accessible to all people and use it.”

Google’s mission was given a 90% rating and values received an 85% rating.

Raghavan wrote, “It’s heartening that our org takes pride in our mission and managers and the helpfulness of our products.” These are still fundamental to our work and our culture.

Raghavan’s employees also agreed that Google products were helpful in everyday life for 96%.

Mixed results were received for diversity and inclusion. When it came to employees feeling valued and “belonging”, the company scored between 82%-90%.

Pichai stated that the company has made progress in areas such as employee “well-being”, and “culture of respect.”
