Is the bot possible to work in Australia?

The bot must be published by the government in order to function in Australia.

These data are sent to the Workplace Gender Equality Agency. This agency publishes only aggregated data across all industries.

On average, women in Australia earn 14.2% less than men. This works out to $260 per week for a full-time salary.

Australia is tied for first in the World Economic Forum’s Global Gender Gap Index for women’s education, but has dropped from 14th in 2014 and 70th in 2021 in economic participation.

Australia was last year ranked second to the UK in a gender gap scorecard for six countries. This is behind France, South Africa and Spain.

The report refers to Australia as follows:

“Women are now more common than men at university graduations. However, female-dominated occupations still earn less than those dominated by males. Women remain underrepresented in senior leadership and management positions.”

It goes on to say:

“The gender pay gap in full-time work is at the same level as it was in 2000s and has not changed much in the past 40 years. The key weaknesses are the non-disclosure and mandated positive action.”

Perhaps it is time to call the bots.
