Charity says that more than 300 dogs were found dead in a shelter in Ukraine after being without food and water for weeks

Anton Gerashchenko, an advisor to the Ukrainian Interior Ministry posted a separate Telegram video of the Borodyanka shelter in which dogs bark at volunteers while they walk around the bloodied remains of a dog that had died.

UAnimals reports that volunteers have fed 27 dogs who survived and taken 27 animals to private clinics for treatment. 

UAnimals says that volunteers have not been able so far to rescue the dogs in the most severe condition. However, UAnimals is offering 50,000 Hryvnias (roughly $1,700) as a reward to anyone who is able and willing to help.
