Alves McConaughey insists that their family is the same as any other, and they all work together to raise the children.

It is my belief that children learn better habits from their parents if they are encouraged to have conversations about food early. Food is an integral part of our lives. My kids saw all the sports drinks and wanted them to, for example, when they started playing sports. “You can have some, but not gallons,” I told them.
