President Of Ukraine Appeals To Europe For Assistance Amid Russian Bombardment At Nuclear Facility

According to the agency, Ukrainian regulators reported that radiation levels were normal despite shelling and that no “essential” equipment was damaged. Crews were trying to mitigate the damage.

The U.S. Department of Energy stated that it was also monitoring the situation but had not found elevated readings.

After speaking with President Biden, Volodymy Zelenskyy recorded a video in which he urged Europeans to “wake-up”.
