When the live show began, the 79-year old comedian was just about to take a seat, instead, the floor had other plans for her.

Cameras captured Behar faceplanting on the stage. The dramatic vision was broadcast to the nation by viewers.

Before they attempted to help Behar up, Sara Haines (44), and Sunny Hostin (53), were heard gasping.

Whoopi Goldberg (66), moderator of “The View”, also ran over to take care of the veteran star and told her to “just stay.”
