Josh Duggar is sentenced to 12 year imprisonment in the Child Porn Trial

Duggar’s lawyers requested that the court send him to prison for five year. 

Duggar was released from the possession charge after an agreement was reached between his legal team and the court. He was sentenced to only the receiving of child porn charges.

The trial lasted two weeks, and included testimony from digital forensic analysts as well as other witnesses. During tearful testimony, a family friend claimed that Duggar had confessed to the molesting of children.

You’ll recall. In November 2019, the federal agents searched his Arkansas office. His computer, iPhone, and MacBook were taken by federal agents from the RV.

 Duggar’s legal team has previously indicated that they will appeal.
