Texas Elementary School Shooting: At Least 14 Dead Children

1:50 PM PST – Gov. Abbott claims that the shooter was an 18 year old student at the local high school. Ramos, who allegedly killed his grandmother, opened fire at the school before locking himself in a room. Responding officers killed him.

Texas is experiencing a nightmare as another mass shooting has been reported at an elementary school. At least 14 children and a teacher were killed in the attack.
