Texas Elementary School Shooting: At Least 14 Dead Children

Governor Abbot has announced that 14 children and one teacher have died.

According to reports out of Uvalde Texas, a gunman opened fire near Robb Elementary School and then ran inside the school. He allegedly then barricaded himself in a classroom, where the shooting continued.

The district’s last day of school was Thursday. Robb Elementary is home to approximately 500 students.

A massacre at an elementary school took place just 10 days after 10 victims were killed, and three other people were hurt when an 18-year old opened fire. Gendron was racially motivated and carried a Bushmaster XM-15 rifle. He also had “n *****” as well as other racist references on the gun.

Although it’s not clear who the shooter is at Robb Elementary, they are reportedly also dead.
