In some of Florida’s most populous cities, billboards are encouraging people to “say gay”
These massive roadside messages were created in response to the controversial Parental Rights in Education bill. Critics have called it the “Don’t Say Gay Bill”, which Republican Gov. Monday’s law was signed by Ron DeSantis. “Classroom instruction… on sexual orientation and gender identity” is prohibited in “kindergarten through Grade 3” or in any other way that isn’t age-appropriate or developmentally appropriate.
