Biden: The U.S. Will Not Allow Russian Aircraft Into Its Skies

To thunderous applause, Biden declared: “Tonight I say Russian oligarchs & corrupt leaders who have bilked Milliardens of dollars off the violent regime: No more.”

Biden stated, “We are joining our European allies in finding and seizing their yachts, luxury apartments, and private jets.”

He added, “We’re here for your ill-gotten gains.”

Following moves made by the European Union earlier in this week, the United States decided to close its airspace to Russian aircraft.

Sunday was the E.U. In response to Putin’s unprovoked invasion, banned all Russian aircrafts from its airspace. Officials stated that the ban was applicable to any plane controlled, chartered, or owned by a Russian legal or physical person, and also included private aircraft owned by Russian oligarchs.
