Sussmann is a Democratic lawyer and Rodney Joffe, a tech executive, was accused of using non-public data to look for possible computer links between Trump entities.

Trump’s special counsel also claimed that Joffe had “exploited” his data access. Trump’s suit claims that the special counsel “exploited” his access to data.

Aitan Goelman is Pete Strzok’s lawyer and is listed as a defendant. He said that he has not had the chance to review the complaint but that he knows the former president so there are probably very few facts in it. It is also strange that he is bringing the lawsuit while the DOJ is trying to quash our subpoena for Trump in Pete’s case against Department.

Bromwich represented Andrew McCabe, former acting FBI director. However, he claimed that he hadn’t yet spoken with McCabe about this matter. Rule 11 – This federal rule requires that lawyers file court filings certify that their facts will be supported by evidence.
