Tom Sizemore’s Family Urged to Make End-of-Life Decisions as Actor Remains in Coma
Tom Sizemore, the celebrated Hollywood actor known for his roles in blockbuster hits such as “Saving Private Ryan” and “Black Hawk Down,” is currently in a coma with little chance of recovery. Doctors attending to Sizemore have recommended that the actor’s family make end-of-life decisions, according to a statement released by Sizemore’s manager, Charles Lago.
The 61-year-old actor suffered a brain aneurysm following a stroke on February 19 and has remained in critical condition since then. Lago’s statement to The Times reveals that doctors have conveyed no hope for the actor’s recovery. As a result, the family is currently deliberating end-of-life matters.
