Selma Blair Surprises Everyone by Leaving Dancing with the Stars

Selma said to Sasha, “You know that I’ve been closely monitored and in contact with my doctors throughout this entire process.” These MRIs were done on me. These MRIs came back with concluding results. I cannot continue to compete in this sport. I went as far as possible.”

Selma said that she was afraid of sustaining severe damage to her body. However, she vowed to use the experience as a learning opportunity for her 11 year-old son Art. Selma told Sasha that she had to “set in” and show him that she has to take a backward step on something she loves doing, and that sometimes it is hard to make tough decisions.

Selma received her final farewell once she was there.

Selma, not to be discouraged, stated that she wanted to dance one more beautiful dance with her.

That’s exactly what she did.

Sasha and Selma set to “What the World Needs Now” and danced a beautiful waltz. It had everyone in the ballroom reaching for tissues.

“It’s hard for me take care of my family because I don’t want to. After the dance, Selma said that she wanted to be there. “But as a mom, and as someone who is trying to represent people who are taking risks, sometimes there are just some consequences to any chance that you take. My is fine. It’s going to be okay.

After being awarded honorary 10s by the Dancing With the Stars panel, Selma & Sasha made their way down the ballroom floor where they were surrounded both by professional dancers and celebrities as well as Selma’s son.

Through tears, she stated that “this competition showed me how much it means to be around people trying their best.” “How much I love music, even though I don’t have any musical talent. It’s amazing how much I want to do it again.

You don’t have much time to recuperate, because Dancing With the Stars will be back for Prom Night October 18 at 8 p.m. ET on Disney+. To determine who is sent home, the scores of Tuesday night’s Oct. 17 episode and Tuesday night’s will be combined.
