Samantha Markle’s Defamation Lawsuit Will See Harry And Meghan Deposed, A Judge Rules

Samantha Markle claimed in the initial filing Meghan defamed Meghan in the interview when she stated that Meghan grew up “an only child”.

According to the filing, Meghan “published and disseminated malicious and false lies” which have caused Samantha Markle to “suffer humiliation, shame, and hatred on an international scale.” She also spread “lies about Thomas Markle throughout the world.

It claims that Meghan orchestrated a “premeditated campaign” in an effort to “defame her sister and her father’s reputations and credibility in order preserve and promote the false “rags-toroyalty” narrative.

These latest developments follow Prince Harry’s memoir’s publication last month, and the six-part Netflix series featuring the couple that aired December. In which Meghan talked about Samantha Markle’s relationship, the episode aired.

Meghan stated that she had seen her half-sister for more than a decade, but only for a few days. “Suddenly, it felt as if she was everywhere,” Meghan explained in the documentary.

“I don’t know your middle name. Your birthday is not known to me. These people are hearing you tell them that you raised you, and you have called me Princess Pushy.

The episode featured a statement that read: “Samantha Markle maintained that she and Meghan had an intimate relationship up until 2018. And that the media fabricated quotes that were attributed to her.”
