Amber, 36, mentioned Kate’s name during her testimony.

According to Johnny’s friend, the runway star, who is notoriously private, was ‘p***ed and was like, f**k that,’ Amber said.

After Johnny’s cameo with Jeff Beck at The Royal Albert Hall earlier in the month, Kate, a supermodel, partied backstage – just days after she testified in court for the movie star.

Amber broke her silence in her defamation case against Johnny. She claimed that the verdict was unfair due to biased social media representation’. The actor was accused of trying to influence the jury by placing ‘paid employees’ and ‘randos’ on the stand.

Amber discussed the shocking verdict against her in a three part interview with Today. The interview was recorded on Thursday and began airing Monday morning.

Savannah Guthrie, who interviewed Johnny’s legal team last week and whose husband actually consulted them during the trial, joined Amber in a sit-down discussion. She lashed out at the hate and vitriol she faced throughout the trial as well as the aftermath of the jury’s verdict and blast the ‘unfair’ decision against her.

Amber, who flew on Friday on a private plane to New York City to conduct the interview doubled down on last week’s accusations that the jury was influenced by social media. She also suggested that they were won over by Johnny’s excellent acting’ while on the stand.

“Even if I’m sure that I’m worthy of all this hatred and vitriol, even though you think I’m lying,” she stated. “You can’t tell me that you believe that this was fair.”

Amber published a piece in The Washington Post about her experience as a victim of sexual assault earlier this month. A jury found that she defamed her husband. The judge reduced the amount to $350,000 by virtue of Virginia law. She was ordered to pay Johnny $10,000,000 in compensatory damages, $5 million in punitive damages, and $5 million in punitive damage. Johnny was awarded $2 million in compensatory damages. Amber left Johnny $8.35 million.
