Another Republican-backed legislation prohibits minors to obtain transgender surgery and hormones — medical intervention that advocates and many of the legacy media define as “gender affirming medical care.”

President Joe Biden called on lawmakers Tuesday night to pass the progressive Equality Act. He also criticised the “onslaught of state law targeting transgender Americans” during the State of the Union address.

Biden said, “As I stated last year, especially to our young transgender Americans: I’ll always be your President so that you can be yourself, reach your God-given potential, and be yourself.”
