Boss started his DJ duties on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” in 2014.

Despite the trials that accompanied the show’s run and allegations from employees against DeGeneres about a toxic workplace, Boss stood by DeGeneres.

Boss stated that although we can’t talk too much about it legally, he said that there has been love. There are some issues to be addressed, but I and many others believe there has been love. I will leave it at that until we have a better time to address the issue publicly. There has been love, and there will be more love.

Boss, who was gearing up for the finale of the show earlier this year, reflected fondly on his time there and told Entertainment Tonight that it was a difficult task to bid farewell.

“Things have a beginning and an end. So I know that. But I think that the closer it gets to the end, the more you begin to miss it. You start to take in the moments and say, “Well, maybe I’m still not ready to say goodbye just yet.” he. “But at the same, this is the natural order and I’ve already said it before, but I’m excited for my friend’s new chapter of her journey.

Boss was surprised when DeGeneres gave a touching tribute to her on-air as the “Ellen Show” ended. She said “Well, I don’t want to say goodbye” at one point.

She continued to tell the story of their first meeting, which was fittingly for a lesson in dance at her house.

She said, “It was like an intensive course in getting to understand each other… and he was so patient for me.” “We just connected over learning to dance together.”

DeGeneres continued by noting that if he was absent for any reason, a piece was missing.

She said, “I trust him to look over and tell silly jokes.” “I love you, Twitch, and you know how deeply I feel. Every day, we tell each other this when we say goodbye. We both say ‘love each other’ after the show. He says, “Love you very much” and I respond, “Love you.”

Boss was emotional to DeGeneres’ words and the video piece.

He said, “I love the extended family we have and one thing I will always remember is that I was able to be me.” Jokingly, he said, “Whether I was a DJ or not, it never mattered that I felt at home.”

DeGeneres laughed, “You’re a fake DJ, but you’re a really good man.”
