One, Anne told People how exercising was easier after becoming a mother in March 2020

She said that her workout was different after having a baby. “I feel like doing Burpees after having a baby was a small deal.” That’s fair enough!

Anne told previously that she does a variety of things for her workouts. “I try to get to yoga three to four times per week. She said that it’s different when I’m filming. “I train with a trainer, and do a lot of strength training and HIIT when it’s necessary.”

Anne tried a vegan diet for a while, but she found it was not working. She started eating meat again and feels much better. “I had a piece of salmon and my brain felt like a computer rebooting,” she told  Tatler. Afterward, she told Harper’s Bazaar, she “just felt better” eating meat.

Anne explained to Shape that she tries to eat minimally processed foods. She says that her number one priority when it comes to eating is to avoid packaging. “I try to avoid red meat and I try to avoid pork.
