Angelina Jolie Filed An Anonymous Lawsuit Requesting to Know Why The FBI Didn’t Arrest Brad Pitt (Report).

Also, it was reported that a statement of probable causes was prepared and presented to the chief, Criminal Division, U.S. Attorney’s Office Los Angeles. 

FBI announced that Pitt would be not charged with assault.

The agent also reported that Pitt had allegedly been drinking, and had taken Jolie back to the front of the plane. He then grabbed Jolie’s shoulders and shook her, shouting, “You’re f—ing up this family!”

According to Puck, “Later on, during the same flight, another physical altercation took place and Jolie claimed she sustained injuries. She gave an agent a photograph of her elbow to try to confirm this.” Jolie claims Pitt also poured beer on Jolie.

Pitt denied any allegations of physical abuse made against him in the years that followed, but no charges were ever brought. Jolie and Pitt divorced soon after the incident on the plane.
