Angelina Jolie Filed An Anonymous Lawsuit Requesting to Know Why The FBI Didn’t Arrest Brad Pitt (Report).

Angelina Jolie is now believed to be the “Jane Doe”, who sued the FBI under the Freedom of Information Act. She wanted to know why an investigation into Brad Pitt, her husband, was closed in 2016 after she made allegations of verbal and physical assault.

According to Eriq Gardner, Jolie is the unnamed plaintiff in this suit. This was long speculated about due to the description of the events and the timeline. After Jolie claimed that he had physically and verbally assaulted her and their children as they traveled on a private plane several years ago, the suit required that the bureau hand over documents related to an inquiry into Pitt.
