After Winning Amber Heard Defamation Case trial Johnny Depp Breaks Silence where she wins Countersuit

The Johnny Depp- Amber Heard case will be the final one, with a winner or two — and TMZ will stream the announcement at 12:01 PT.

The jury delivered its verdict Wednesday at Fairfax, VA. They’ve been sitting in deliberation for the past few days following a lengthy trial that lasted over a month. There were many twists and turns but, more importantly, there was a mountain of evidence and testimony.

On Friday, closing argument was heard. This saw Depp and Heard argue their cases in dramatic fashion one more time. Camille Vasquez, along with others, told jurors to use common sense just like AH’s lead lawyer Ben Rottenborn, but with a slightly different spin.

Rottenborn stated that a decision against Amber would have catastrophic effects on DV victims — sending a signal to those who choose their truths but don’t have convincing documentation of their trauma… a category into which Amber seems to be falling.

True enough… even though Amber and Johnny had numerous audio recordings of each other during explosive fights, it would appear that only Johnny caught AH explicitly admitting to hitting him.

Johnny was not left looking angelic.

The Kitchen Rampage tape was shown in court. It shows Johnny throwing fits and smashing cabinets, while Amber records him.

The jury was also shown the vile texts Johnny had sent Amber. Johnny’s history of substance abuse was also examined. He admitted to it. Amber’s alleged injuries photos are another.

Amber also had her friends testify for her, claiming that they saw the injuries after the fact… and would rush to comfort her after a fight with JD.
