Fast and Loose told the story of a crime boss that loses his memory following an attack. 

He discovers that he is a rich kingpin and a poor CIA agent by putting together clues. Netflix seemed reluctant to move forward, which is understandable. It is not clear if it will attempt to bring the project together with another director and star.
