After A Car Accident, Anne Heche, Actress, Has A Long Recovery Ahead

A law enforcement source who was familiar with the investigation said that Heche had not yet been questioned by CNN about the circumstances.

According to a spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department, CNN reported Saturday night that they are investigating the accident and an earlier “misdemeanor hit-and-run” incident.

LAPD stated that no arrests were made.

Heche was still in hospital on Saturday night. The serious nature of her injuries prevented officers from interviewing him, the law enforcement source said.

Heche rose to prominence on “Another World,” a soap opera in which she played the twin roles of Vicky Hudson (now Marley Love) from 1987 to 1991. She was awarded a Daytime Emmy Award. She continued her career with films such as “Donnie Brasco,” “Six Days Seven Nights,” and “Wag the Dog.”

In the late ’90s, Heche was involved in a romantic relationship with Ellen DeGeneres. This caused intense media attention and led to Heche’s frustration professionally. Heche stated that she felt “blacklisted” after their public relationship was revealed in a 2021 interview with Pages.

Heche said, “I didn’t do a studio photo for 10 years,” and dated DeGeneres between 1997 and 2000.
Heche has been seen in many television series, including “The Brave,” Quantico and “Chicago P.D.” According to her IMDB profile, she has several acting projects in post-production.
