Virginia Factory to Use Advanced Tech for Creating Healthy Sugar

Almost everyone in the world loves sugar because of its sweet taste and ability to give blood sugar a boost. But, the Virginia factory is more interested in the calories it has and therefore focuses on creating a healthy sugar. 

In the outskirts of Charlottesville, Virginia, is a new kind of sugar factory with around a 48,000-square-foot facility. Bonumose has started this factory, and Hershey gives it funds for testing and production.
