Jimmy Fallon and Several Other Celebrities Are Being Sued over Their Sale of Monkey Pictures.

Oseary is the long-term manager of Madonna (along with U2, Red Hot Chili Peppers and many other artists), which is the main focus of the lawsuit. (Alongside Yuga Labs’ founders, all four are also defendants. Oseary is accused in the lawsuit of using his extensive network of contacts to help Fallon book U2 during the host’s tenure at The Tonight Show.

This was done in order to attract celebrity promoters and investors to build the Bored Ape brand

Highlighting the November 2021 Tonight Show interview featuring web artist Matt “Beeple”, the suit alleges Fallon was paid to promote the brand. He talked about getting his ugly monkey picture through Monday.
