Britney’s Ex tried to get into her locked bedroom on the Wedding Day, but was stopped by a Guard

Four hours after Britney Spears married Sam Asghari at her California home, Jason Alexander entered her home uninvited and ran upstairs to try and break through her bedroom door. The guard testified Monday.

According to Richard N. Eubeler, the security guard, Spears was in her bedroom, getting ready for her fairytale-themed June 9 wedding.

Eubeler stated that Alexander and he were confronted outside the door after Alexander realized it wasn’t open. At the preliminary hearing in Alexander’s felony stalking case, Ventura County, the guard said that Alexander reached into his right pocket. “I pulled my weapon out and held it up to my chest.”

Eubeler claimed Alexander shouted for Spears while running to a nearby gaming room. He was then ordered to leave. Alexander said, “Fuck it, I’m returning the same way as I came,” according to Eubeler, before allegedly breaking the handle of a door Eubeler was closing with his foot.

Spears looked very upset after the incident, according to the guard. Alexander was arrested by law enforcement. He testified that Spears was upset and asked everyone to leave the property. However, Spears returned to continue with the wedding.

After Eubeler, a Ventura County Sheriff’s Detective testified that Spears’ long-time agent Cade Hudson told him the pop star was “distraught”, crying, shaking (and) panicked” shortly after Alexander was taken into police custody. Hudson said that Asghari and Spears took off in a car together. Det. Dylan Foley testified.

Sandra Bisignani (public defender) stated that Alexander never intended to harass or harm Spears. She requested that the felony stalking charges be dropped or reduced to a misdemeanor.

“Mr. Alexander was there to talk to Britney to ensure her well-being, and not place her in fear,” Bisignani stated as Alexander sat silently beside her, wearing a green N95 mask and a blue jail uniform.
