Ashton Kutcher & Mila Kunis Pledge To Match $3 Million Of Donations To Aid Ukrainian Refugees

Kunis, who is well-known for her roles in a variety of films and the “That ’70s show,” was born in Ukraine in 1982. From Chernivtsi in the southwest of Ukraine, Kunis moved to the U.S.A. in 1991. Since Russia invaded Ukraine just over a week back, hundreds of people have been killed in Ukraine and tensions continue to escalate.

Kunis stated that “the events in Ukraine have been devastating.” Kunis stated, “There is no place on this planet for such an unjust attack against humanity.”

According to the couple, the money they seek to raise will be used to provide relief that will “have an immediate impact on supplying much-needed humanitarian and refugee aid to the region.” The couple set up a GoFundMe page to raise funds for Airbnb.org and Flexport.org which provide short-term shelter and organize supply shipments to refugee areas.
