Kevin Spacey, facing more charges for sexual assault in Britain

The Crown Prosecution Service of Britain (CPS), has authorized seven additional charges against Oscar-winning actor Kevin Spacey, for a series of sexual assaults against one person between 2001 and 2004. It said Wednesday.

CPS has added two new charges: one for causing someone to engage in sexual activity without consent, and another for indecent or sexual assault. After a review of evidence from British police, new charges were brought forth.

Spacey, aged 63, was previously charged in Britain with five offenses: four counts of sexual assault by touch and one more serious charge, causing someone to engage in pervasive sexual activity without consent.
