P&O Ferries Fires 800 Crew Members From Entire Fleet

After halting all sailings on Thursday, the UK’s largest ferry operator, P&O Ferries has fired 800 British workers from its entire fleet.

Unions called for the government to stop what it called “scandalous treachery”, where P&O planned to use cheap agency staff to run its ships.
