‘Ms. Marvel’s Trailer: Muslim Superhero Unveiled, Premiere Date Set

Disney+ and Marvel Studios released the first trailer of Ms. Marvel, as well as a glimpse of the MCU’s first Muslim superhero.

Ms. Marvel will premiere Iman Vellani’s Kamala Khan, aka Ms. Marvel. He plays a Muslim American teenager who grew up in Jersey City. An avid gamer and a voracious fan-fiction scribe, Kamala is a Super Hero mega fan with an oversized imagination–particularly when it comes to Captain Marvel. Kamala still feels out of place at school, and at times at home. Until she acquires superpowers that make her look up to the heroes she idolizes. You might find that superpowers make your life easier.
