Jeremy Renner Takes A Look at His Physical Therapy After The Snowplow Incident

The accompanying photo shows Renner lying in bed while a physical therapist treats his right leg. This update was posted less than one week after Renner returned from the hospital.

Renner was run over by a snowcat on New Year’s Day near his Mt. Rose Highway, Reno, Nevada

According to a Redacted Washoe County Sheriff’s Office Incident Report , Renner drove his nephew’s car after it became stuck in the snow. Renner attempted to stop his nephew being hurt by trying to stop the snowcat from moving.

CNN reported that “Once he was free of the Pistenbully he realized it was headed directly towards (his nephew).” He feared that the PistenBully would strike (his nephew) so he tried to stop it or divert it. CNN reports that Renner tried to climb onto the moving track to get to the snow groomer’s cabin, but was “immediately pulled underneath the left track.”

 CNN reported that “The Pistenbully rolled him over and continued down the road.” “He lay on the ground, focused on his breathing, while (his nephew) and others rendered assistance to him until medical personnel arrived.”

Renner was left with life-threatening injuries, and needed emergency surgery. Renner remained in hospital for 14 days. , the actor, celebrated his 52nd Birthday by sharing an update to his fans.
