Lori Vallow was charged with the murder of her children and was found mentally fit to stand trial

Vallow will be arraigned on April 19. He has committed nearly one year ago to an Idaho mental hospital.

Lori Vallow, was charged with murder in the deaths of her two children. She was released Monday from a mental hospital near Idaho.

Vallow will be arraigned on April 19 by Idaho District Judge Steven Boyce, he wrote in a ruling. He stated that Vallow was “restored incompetency and ready to proceed.”
