Man nearly lost his penis after having his unkept pubic hair cut off

The report stated that the man’s pubic hairs “matted together” to form a tight ring around his penis. The patient was described by doctors as an “unkept” man with type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and depression. Experts believe the patient’s poor hygiene was responsible for his condition. He neglected to clean under the hood.
