Johnny Depp’s Legal Team Claims Amber Heard’s Request for A Mistrial are ‘Frivolous’

Johnny Depp‘s legal team stated that Amber Heard, his ex-wife, requested a mistrial.

Depp’s legal team stated Monday in a document that Heard’s request for a reversal of her loss in the high-profile, defamation case was denied by the courts.

Depp’s lawyers wrote that Mr. Depp respectfully submitted that the Court deny Ms. Heard’s Post-Trial motions which are frivolous.

Depp sued Heard to defame her over a Washington Post editorial in which she called herself a victim of domestic abuse.
