September 30th, 2019. The Biebers are finally having their wedding celebration at the Palmetto Bluff, a private South Carolina hotel that Justin and Hailey rented out completely.

So why South Carolina even though neither have any attachment to it? Apparently the couple’s favorite movie is “The Notebook” so of course they attributed their wedding celebration to it.
