The proposed amendments’ contents were not released until April 12, 2022.

“Covid-19: Make it the Last Pandemic”, a United Nations report, was published in May 2021. It claims that the WHO would have prevented the “pandemic” if it had been granted more global authority. According to the report, “In its current form, WHO doesn’t possess such powers… To move forward with the treaty, WHO needs to be empowered financially, as well as politically… The treaty must have an adaptable incentive system, [including] public reprimands and economic sanctions or denial of benefits.”

Joe Biden wrote to Antonio Guterres (United Nations secretary-general, member of the Portuguese Socialist Party), on January 20, 2021. This letter retracted President Donald Trump’s withdrawal from the WHO. Biden also named Dr. Anthony Fauci (head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease) to the WHO’s executive board.
