Amber Heard Claims Therapist Notes Prove that Johnny Depp was Abusive

According to Heard, Depp had allegedly “hit” her, “threw her against the wall, and threatened to kill [her] in 2012,” according to the handwritten notes.

A second document describes an eight-month-old incident in which Depp, 59 allegedly “ripped her nightgown and threw it on the bed.”

The therapist is alleged to have made another statement about Heard in 2013, after Depp claimed she had “thrown her against a wall” and threatened to kill her.

After a six-week trial in which the couple’s toxic marriage was exposed, a jury found Heard had defamed Depp through writing a Washington Post opinion-ed calling herself a domestic abuse victim.

Heard claimed that Depp had assaulted and physically abused her.

The panel denied her claim and awarded Depp $10.35million in damages. Heard was also awarded $2 million by the seven-member jury. Heard claimed that Depp had insulted her through his lawyer, calling one of her abuse claims a hoax.

In an interview with Guthrie, Heard stated that she hopes speaking out will help her reputation.

She stated, “My goal, and the only thing that I can hope for at the moment, is that people will see me as a human being.”

Depp’s spokesperson said that Heard’s rejection of the jury’s decision was “unfortunate”.

The rep stated that the defendant and her team were back to reimagine, reimagine and re-litigate matters that had been decided by Court and a verdict that was unanimously decided in Johnny’s favor.

Heard stated that she still loves her ex-husband in a teaser taken from the same interview, which aired Wednesday on “Today.”

“Absolutely. Guthrie told her she loves him. “I have no negative feelings or ill will towards him.”

Heard said Tuesday in the first teaser of “Today” that “to my dying day I will stand by every word in my testimony.”

Depp claimed that he had never hit Heard, and that she was their only victim in their relationship during the defamation trial.

A juror speaking for the first time with “Good Morning America” described the highly emotional testimony of the actress from “Aquaman” as unrealistic.

“The crying, her facial expressions, and the staring at jurors. The juror spoke anonymously and said that all of us were uncomfortable. “Some of us used the expression ‘crocodile tears.’”

Heard stated that she intends to appeal.
