UK Regulator Delays Reporting about Microsoft’s Activision Acquisition

The UK’s Competition and Markets Authority has confirmed that it delayed publishing its report on Microsoft’s possible buyout of Activision Blizzard.

Although the report was supposed to go public on March 1, the CMA has now confirmed it will not be published until April 26. There is still hope that Microsoft will be freed from its misery sooner rather than later.
